How to submit an IT Support ticket

If you are an existing client of ours on a monthly IT support contract, you can now submit your support tickets directly on this website. If you aren’t yet on our unlimited remote fixed fee contract, we show you just how easy it is…

Firstly log into the portal via http://www.computersmiths.co.uk and click on ‘Support Login‘ at the top of the page. Log in with the details which were provided via email. (If you have not received your login details, get in touch).

 

 

To report a new issue  to us then add a ticket by clicking the ‘new ticket’ button.

State the issue in the title box, for example ‘e-mails aren’t working’, then tell us the priority of the issue, so we know how quickly you need it solved, also give a brief description of the issue in question e.g. nobody can use the emails.

Finally click  to add the ticket to our system.

Then, just sit back, make a cup of tea and wait for us to resolve the issue!
